Class Description and Pricing
Therapeutic Yoga Program
$60 Monthly - 1x per week OR $110 Monthly - 2x per week
(For after school programs- contact your school or Stretch, directly)
Yoga is beneficial to children as it teaches self regulating techniques, facilitates motor planning/ coordination, and helps control self- stimulating behavior. Stretch also teaches techniques that children can use in their daily life, and is especially beneficial for children with high anxiety, short attention spans, and low confidence.
Stretch Stay Fit
$90 for 6 weeks or $120 for 8 week program
Stretch's stay fit program is provided in your childrens' school. This program gives kids the opportunity to stay active, in a safe non-competitive enviornment, while relieving parents of the stress of trying to figure out carpools to and from various activities.
Stretch Social Skills
$100 Monthly - once a week, hour long sessions.
The social skills group will revolve around teamwork, communication, and respect. The children will focus on initating/ following conversation, turn taking, sportsmanship, kind ways to talk to people, and confidence in a group setting.
Stretch and Swing- Tennis
$65 per month or $20 per day- 45 minute lessons weekly
Give your child the opportuinty to build their confidence, increase hand eye coordination/motor planning, and become a true athlete! Lessons will be held at Prestonwood Country Club off Preston and Araphao.
Individual Tutoring/Handwriting
$35 for half an hour or $60 per hour
Stretch offers individual tutoring to help your child keep up with other students or get ahead in the class with guided one on one instruction. Stretch uses techniques that help children learn and retain information.
Focus on age appropriate academics including:
* hand writing, phonics, literacy, currency, basic math, etc.
Parents Night Out
$20 per child (25% discount for siblings)
Stretch is offering a Parents night out! Your child(ren) can have fun hanging out with friends while you enjoy a night to yourself. Food and fun will be provided. Feel free to send your children in pajamas and we will try to send you home with a sleeping child (at least the younger ones!)
